One of my favourites in the area. Prices include all tax and they bring water with orders â¤ï¸ and yeah, the good is great! I've had mushroom toast and cheesecake, both really good!
The sunset view is 6 stars, the food and service is a solid 4. I like this place but I wish the service was a little better. I rarely complain so I hope the owners read my review and address these simple things that will make this the best japanese restaurant in Canguu as I think it can be.
The rolls were perfect, the fried tofu (forgot what it is called) was excellent and the sushi platter was outstanding. What was better was the way the food and the ambiance, breeze and the view made for an unforgetable dinner with a really nice dinner partner. So I gave 4 stars but would have given 5 had it not been fo the following; First the miso soup never came but when it did, I wished that it did not as it was too salty. I like to start my meal with a clean miso soup and this would have ruin the meal before it started. Second, edamame was sold out??? How can this be as it is so basic. The two dishes I always order to set the tone for the main meal was missing and that was disappointing.
Food and service was awesome. However the lower floors seemed creepy to me.

I used to love this place, but suddenly they started to disrespect their customers, arguing and overall management service level doesnât make you feel good as they do nothing to get back a loyal customer.
