Small airport.. you definitely don't need to get there 70mins prior to your flight!
Got here 1 hour before my flight and the TSA screeners aren't even here yet! Feel free to sleep a little longer for an early morning flight!

Airport is small but isn't crazy like most airports... gets you were you want to go nothing fancy, better to eat before you get there or after you leave...

TSA are Nazis. You have to empty your entire bag; food, magazines, books, medications. I had nothing left in my bag.TSA PreCheck is non-existent.
New, friendly, and TSA is no joke! The USO is new and lots of goodies for the kids and travelers.

Easy to get in and out of, rental cars on the property, love these smaller airports.
The new building is really nice. Jacksonville did good... still construction going on but they are definitely "movin' on up"
