Room is clean, good if you bring children along plenty of outdoor playground. There are 2 pools, shallow one
is hot. Parking can be a challenge during busy time.
Sorry darl, i giving you just 4 stars.. because i feel so bad when ac at my room not working, your buffet dinner and launch so standard.. so sorry ya.. but when i need healing to my self, i'll going to lobby and i'll get the best view
When I arrived, I asked the officer where to park the car. He directed me to go back outside and turn right.
I followed his advice and found the parking lot. But after that I got out of the car, it was difficult to find my way to the lobby because there were no clear directions.
In the Lobby, the duty manager named Oki S, was very helpful. When I arrived in the room, I came to the hotel around 10 p.m. I saw no tissue available at all, luckily my wife carried it in a bag.
I got a room with a view to the outside that was not good, probably because I booked online.
In the morning I walked around to see the hotel facilities.
Some of the points that I saw,
I didn't see any clear route of emergencies or fires.
I didn't see any clear directions to go to certain places.
But overall I enjoyed staying at the hotel.
Good place to take short stop, before/after visiting Puncak. Clean toilet, musholla, and place to eat/drink.
It has children playground, too.. so parents can do shopping freely.. ð
Surrounding nature view fair.. nothing special here.
Great vibes, great food, amazing service. My group of friends totally enjoyed our time there at the VIP section with their complimentary towels, face mist and the staff goes further to provide us with charging cables as well. Priced decently for the food and drinks with happy hour offer as well. Staffs were professional and accommodating to our requests to top it all. Would definitely be back again!
