We are here for the coffee, and as usual, as Excelso Coffee is the premium brand from Kapal Api, we know the standard. The bonus at this coffee house is that they have a 5 lanes of bowling, an outside area including a glass room with air conditioned area for smoking, which is a big plus for me. Nice cozy hidden place, definitely coming back!

Super appreciated suggestion from my friends living in Bali. I have to admit that my passion for vegan burgers started here! I was skeptical in the beginning but I had one of the more tasty meals in Bali. I was almost in the end of my trip and Shady Shack was a beautiful surprise! I would have gone there more often for sure. Beautiful place, great atmosphere, super good food! Go there!

Good for all day breakfast & brunch, but lots of choices for lunch and dinner as well.

We visited the Shady Shack for brunch before hitting the beach. Safe to say, the food portions here donât disappoint & the coffee is really good! I ordered the berry bush smoothie bowl with a latte, and my partner ordered the paradise smoothie bowl with a chai latte.
Both bowls are heaped with goodness, arrived promptly with hot drinks, service was really good, and the ambiance is relaxed.
Overall would recommend, however for a Bali Budget, itâs on a par with some European prices if your budget can afford it.
Ordered Vegetarian cheese burger. Bun was good although the patty was very dry. Burger was very okaish in terms of taste. Not worth the price. Service was very good and the vibe was really great.
I find this place overrated. The portions are small but prices are quite high ?ââï¸
