I stayed one night at the cottage with colleagues for office trip. Beside cottage, they also have rooms hotel and villa with variety price. They provide reasonable price but at some point the bed at the cottage is less comfortable. You can enjoy the view and see the beach near the restaurant. Unfortunately they provide limited menu for breakfast.
The place is strategically located near the beach and has a beautiful ocean view. The hotel is also located near Paiton District (power plant) which has a beautiful view especially at night.
However, the service was poor, they dont provide the standard amenities and the workers dont seem have a standard hospitality courtesy. The breakfast start at 07.00 which is a lil bit late for me. They need to improve their overall services.

It's always a busy place and ready for 24 hours. Limited space for many people. Physical distancing is a must. The touch screen machine are available for 2 screens. Since it's always busy, I think it's better for this place to add more screen.

Proses nya baik & antri diluar dulu kalau penuh sesuai kapasitas yg ditentukan & ada personil yg mengaturnya. Pelayanan cukup baik, ramah n cepat.
